The Hygrove concept has been developed with the members and their recovery at the centre of all it’s therapies and processes to create a sanctuary for recovery and enable you to fully reconnect. We want your experience to be easy. We strive to make the environment relaxing and open, to welcome everyone and create a family feel whilst you stay at The Hygrove, right from the start.

Booking Process

Our experienced team of Booking Coordinators are on hand to help, advise and organise every step of your care.

Starting with your pre-admission, our team will get to know you and understand your needs before you come to stay and will be on hand before you leave our care to ensure you have all the support you need.

We believe our team are more than just telephone advisers – each co-ordinator is hand-picked to ensure they truly understand the difficulties faced by every client or family and can inspire recovery and find the right solution for you.

Our advisors are employed directly and do not work on a commission fee, ensuring that their entire focus is on your needs, not financial targets.

We will work with you to understand and overcome the barriers to you receiving treatment. It could be transportation, looking after a pet or a dependent, our team can resolve these to make your stay as easy as possible.

A former mansion house and care facility, the 31 bed Hygrove House has undertaken an extensive refurbishment to create sumptuous and superb facilities with superior accommodation across three floors and extensive treatment and therapy spaces.

All with breathtaking views of the surround countryside and beautiful County of Gloucestershire. Hygrove House has a  large, spacious and comfortable communal spaces alongside private, luxury, individual bedroom accommodation.

Pricing

Our pricing structure is based on your stay and the package you choose. Our booking team will be happy to send more details and talk you through exactly what these include.

We offer private rooms and a fully inclusive dining package as standard and your therapy is all included. Upgrades are available including suites and leisure packages.

We will also include and support your loved ones during your stay and beyond, providing resources for them and access to our membership if needed. We understand their role in your recovery and will equip them to enable this and to help you to reconnect with them for life beyond The Hygrove.

FAQ’S

It can be instant, if we have a vacancy and we have ensured that this is the right course of treatment for you, we can send a car to pick you up and you can start your treatment the same day. We appreciate when you call us that you may need help quickly or it may take some time to realise how we can support you, there is no set time limit, we can be as flexible as you need.

After your initial enquiry a member of our booking team will have a conversation with you and from then onwards it’s easy. Once your deposit is paid and dates agreed, just turn up at Hygrove House or we can pick you up to start your stay. We’ve made everything as easy as possible so there’s no lengthy forms to fill in or hoops to jump through, we simply want to help.

We’ve tried to create a relaxed yet exclusive sanctuary for your recovery. The house is set in beautiful countryside which enables this with lots of time connecting with nature as well as sessions inside. The Hygrove offers a bespoke treatment programme, there isn’t a one size fits all approach, it’s as individual as you to meet your needs.

During your stay with us membership includes all your treatment, food and refreshments, some leisure activities and of course your accommodation and access to our facilities and grounds. Once you’ve gone home, membership continues with access to our online members resource section on our website and ongoing support by email or over the telephone with your team.

Membership can be extended both beyond the initial period and to cover family, friends or your employer to provide tailored guidance to help them to support you.

How long is a piece of string, there’s no right answer as it depends on your needs. Some people stay for just a few days as they detox safely, others may be a couple of months. Our average stay is about 6 weeks. This gives members time to fully reconnect and renew ready for their life ahead of them.

Of course, we actively encourage family visits and can make arrangements for them or for you to join them, perhaps at home or a visit to the cinema or similar. Reconnecting with your loved ones is a vital part of your recovery. Joint therapy sessions can also be organised if required.

This is entirely up to you. Your information is kept confidentially and securely by The Hygrove. For more information on this please see our privacy policy on our website. How you tell people where you are is up to you. Unless there is a medical or legal reason, we will not disclose your whereabouts to anyone.

Our team of highly experience staff are there at every step of the way to help and support you. There’s also other members who are going through the experience with you and you’ll form bonds with them and help to support each other especially initially. It’s very powerful to see how far people can come in such a short space of time, especially when you’re having trouble.

Apart from your clothes and toiletries there’s very little you need. A full list of information on this will be sent to you when you confirm your booking but don’t worry, should you forget or need anything our team are there to help and can purchase anything you need for you.

A small amount of cash maybe useful for when you’re going out but apart from that, all services at The Hygrove are paid for and additional requirements billed at the end of your stay, just like a hotel would do.

Each member of the team has gone through rigorous training and are highly qualified and experienced in their area of expertise. Many are well known names within the industry and are highly respected for the results they achieve. Members of the team that aren’t clinical will be trained in their area for example the yoga instructor and the Chef. We have gone through an extensive recruitment period to ensure we have the right people in pace for you.

Including loved ones in your recovery is key to a sustainable recovery so we would encourage their input in your therapy. It’s also key to give them support as they will be experiencing their own struggles and fears throughout your stay. We offer love ones additional membership with support in hand both face to face and online to make your stay as easy for them as possible too.
